Ice and Fire from JLI/E, DC Comics.  40mm scale in MCP style but can be scaled either up or down to suit your needs.

Beatriz Bonilla da Costa (Fire) started as an amateur model on the beaches of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil then becoming a showgirl and stage performer before finding herself serving as an undercover secret agent for the Brazilian government. In the course of one of her missions, she was exposed to a pyroplasmic explosion and she assumed the codename, Fire, and served on the Global Guardians, JLI/E and Checkmate.

Born into a Norwegian Romani clan. As a young child, Tora Olafsdotter (Ice), began displaying a cryokinetic ability, that her father was desperate to hide from the rest of the clan. He feared that Tora's grandfather would consider her the chosen one, the return of a goddess. After killing her Grandfather and father during an escape Tora moved locations multiple times before ultimately ending up on the Global Guardians and JLI/E. Ice was later killed during battle but has returned several times since in various forms.
